  **update** Richards Tree service came out with a big crew and pruned my palms for half price because of the delay. I signed a contract in November 2016 to have my Queen Palms pruned and skirted and still haven't got my trees pruned. I called on Monday, March 13th and was told my contract was on top of the boss' desk and I would get a call soon. It's Saturday and still no call. Frustrated and looking elsewhere!
