My car was involved in a minor accident. The person who hit me was a Progressive insurance customer and the agent is affiliated with the Natomas Body Shop. He approved covering the claim and estimated repairs. We next talked to the body shop people about doing the work & found them friendly and professional so we gave them the job. I'm sorry I'm not better with names so I could list everyone we talked to but Patty and the rest of the staff were good with follow-ups. They gave the car "a little extra love" (as Patty says) when it came to the repair too. They found something that must have been put together wrong before we owned the car and repaired it better than ever. The bumper that got hit had a few scratches on the side that wasn't covered and they just made sure the whole thing looks great. I expected they'd wash the outside of the car before returning it, but they cleaned the inside too. I appreciated their kindnesses and if I'm in need of a body shop again I will go to them and recommend them. It's nice to find people who go the extra mile now and then.
